Breathe.io provides breathing exercises, guided meditation sessions, guided programs and sleep sounds. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Breathing exercises and meditation are not a substitute for medical care. The Service is provided for general wellbeing and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a heart or respiratory condition, are pregnant, or feel lightheaded during an exercise, stop and consult a doctor. You use the Service at your own risk.
You may use much of the Service without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity under your account. We handle account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices, billing periods and free trial terms are shown before purchase. Cancellation, renewal and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms; manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play app.
You agree not to:
All audio content, text, artwork and software in the Service belong to Breathe.io or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them, not ownership.
We operate an internal publishing tool, Breathe Studio, which uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel, @Breathe-io.
By using Breathe Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, and access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
What Breathe Studio does, what it does not access, and how its data is stored and deleted are described in the YouTube API Services section of our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
